Stuck in a rut of everyday tedium and depression, a man gets one more slap in the face when he finds a ticket on his car... again. He finally makes it to his car one morning before it is ticketed only to find it has been booted! His anger melts when he realizes the parking enforcement officer writing his tickets is a beautiful woman. He must clean himself up and distance himself from his dirty and booted car in order to win this woman's heart.
